REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience within the last 5 years as an echocardiographer in a child and adolescent health care setting

  • 12 hrs ARDMS or ARRT approved CME in last 12 months

  • 2 letters of recommendation

  • Have successfully completed a subspecialty in Pediatric Echocardiography program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP)

  • Possess a license, certification or registry from the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS), Pediatric Echocardiography (PE) or National Society of Cardiopulmonary Technicians (NSCT) certification

  • Have successfully completed continuing medical education within the last 24 months
